Paradigm Alliance was formed by interested and concerned parties with experience in various appropriate fields. Not only does this apply in the ‘Security and Protection of Assets’ related business, but also in the world of training, tactical, operational and strategic Geo-political assessments, provision and sustainment of equipment and advisory roles that includes the national strategic level. This is to be viewed in terms of a dramatically changed and changing set of international strategic alliances.

This realignment of alliances particularly affects Africa which finds itself with considerable access to strategically important assets including a wealth of critical and strategically valuable mineral resources. Also is the agriculturally viable land of Africa with potential to grow crops in a world with an increasing population and commensurate increases in demand for agricultural commodities (grains etc).

Simultaneously, many parts of the continent find themselves stricken by conflict initiated by internal and external forces resulting from: political differences, religious differences and aspirational differences (such as the struggle against poverty, particularly when confronted by potential resources which are for one reason or another – unavailable to those by whom they would be most deserved).

There are many contenders for ‘a space in the sun’. This creates an environment ripe for conflict of various kinds.

We, who make up the management of Paradigm Alliance, are African by origin and have been steeped in the way of African conflict for decades. Not only this but we draw from and have experienced ‘revolutionary’ and insurgent-based warfare in the major hot-spots of the world.

It is to be noted that we, by no means restrict ourselves to operations relating to African situations, but also have great experience is resources capable of addressing requirement all over the world.

It was with these aspects in mind that the intention to formulate Paradigm Alliance was formed with the specific focus being ‘CONFLICT INTERVENTION AND POST CONFLICT RECONSTRUCTION’. These two components are seen as being the two sides of the same coin, when looking towards a peaceful resolution of the current propensity for conflict in Africa.

In order to provide effective administrative services and logistical support to the operational focus of Paradigm Alliance, this component is based in the Gauteng Province of the Republic of South Africa. Gauteng is the economic hub of one of the biggest African economies and sits at the heart of `the South African Defence Industry and has easy access to all critical logistical modes in the country.
